If guests do not agree to the new schedule, a 100% refund will be provided (when notified at least 24 hours before the rescheduled date).

---Epidemic Policy---
If attractions are officially closed by government order, 100% refund will be issued.
If there is no official closure, the tour will proceed as scheduled, or rescheduling is possible if notified at least 1 week before departure.

---Customer Cancellation---
Full refund at any time if cancellation is due to force majeure
